With the aim of enhancing community services and reducing the reliance on inpatient facilities, the government has implemented a national plan to support individuals with a learning disability and/or autism who exhibit challenging behaviours, including those with mental health conditions. As an organization, we wholeheartedly embrace this transformative care agenda by offering personalized services, ensuring that our clients receive care in homely environments rather than hospital settings. Our care approach is founded on the principles of Positive Behavioural Support, and our care packages are meticulously tailored to address your unique requirements.
We offer bespoke care and specialist complex care support that is person centred, planned, proactive and coordinated for people with a diagnosis of learning disability living in their own homes in order to prevent hospital admission. Person Centred Planning promotes wellbeing and our goal is to:
